Hi,

My order says that it cleared Guangzhou Transit Station customs 3 weeks ago, but nothing has changed since. Any ideas?

2016-05-26 19:38:54.0 Dongguan city Post Office eCommerce dept. parcel center received
2016-05-26 19:51:32.0 Dongguan city Post Office eCommerce dept. parcel center customs scan
2016-05-26 19:52:58.0 leaving Dongguan city Post Office eCommerce dept. parcel center ，next station Dongguan center
2016-05-27 08:34:38.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-05-27 09:44:10.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

the parcel status will freeze at its last china location after it left china. your parcel should be outside china now(and very likely has arrived Canada customs).

Normally parcel will stuck in Canada customs for 4 to 6 weeks. you should get it by end of Jun or early July.
