@soutik.mondal - It's rush season in China that means the delay can be as long as 8 weeks (from the usual 2 to 4 weeks) for a package to reach India. Yep. extending the buyer protection is always the way to go which I have advised many here in the past. Nothing much that either we or the sellers (or Kolkata customs) can do in this case except for waiting.
