Hi everyone!

I'm Francesca, I send my parcel on the 23 of July from China to Italy, but now on the tracking status is written "final delivery" and I didn't receive the parcel. I stated that my parcel has been resent to China. My tracking number is CP294739544CN. What does that mean? On the original receipt I wrote to resend the parcel to Italy. Could China Post send the parcel back to Italy?

CP294739544CN was returned to shipper in shanghai. you can not get it.

The problem is that the shipper was me...will the parcel be resent to the sender's address or will be stuck in one of China post offices?

if you wrote shipper's address in the parcel, it will be returned to that address. otherwise it will be destroyed or sold by government.
