I sent a registered mail to Canada on 12/5. It is in transit to Canada post since 12/7 and nothing updated. I contacted Canada Post for current location of the mail, and they said they can only trace when China Post requests. Please communicate with Canada Post to track the current location and estimated delivery date for tracking # RB746432602CN. It is very important to arrive on time, by the end of this year. Its been already over 24 days. Also, please let me know final destination for this mail. I want to double check if it is correct.

register mail to Canada is very very slow. Canada Post gives very low priority to process China Post register mail. Our statistic shows register mail from china to canada might take 90 days to arrive. Next time, please use China Post ePacket or EMS to ship parcel to Canada. China Post paid higher price to Canada Post for ePacket and EMS. So these 2 parcel services are much faster than register mail. Epacket price is only RMB40/parcel more expensive than register mail.

When I used registered mail, China post said it will take 10 days. Please figure out and let me know where my mail is now.

Obviously the China Post clerk does not know Canada Post delivery situation and gave you wrong information. 10 days arrival Canada is impossible.

Please talk to Canada Post to trace where my mail is. They said only China Post can initiate trace with Canada Post, not individual customer. I really need to know current location for further plan.
