How do i get a refund please on tracking number LL183482677CN. Obviously i wont get it been over 2months now

if you paid with PayPal/aliexpress/amazon etc which has buyer protection , you can open dispute for refund. If your payment company has no buyer protection policy, you can not get your money back.

Next time, please buy from big website such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon, otherwise it is very risky for you.
