if you purchased with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you can open dispute to seller and claim refund.

in those websites, there should be a link called open dispute. If you can not find the link, contact customer service and they will help you to do so.

if you paid with credit card, you might try call credit card company and claim refund against fraud.
