Dear manager,

Can you help me with that?

I shipped back to China a package to a seller and China Post tells me this:

"RE375422120GR 2014 Final delivery Shenzhen CN 20150116 130938"

Τhis means that the seller received the package or something else;

I am waiting for an answer!

The parcel has gone the final stretch, i.e it has gone to the office or to the house of the seller.

the parcel was delivered to receiver on Jan 16.
