2. I have also track the number on different sites and could not find tracking of the parcel.

3. You should contact seller as soon as possible to clarify the situation. Or open a dispute to get your money back.

Hi Anyone,

Please suggest the steps to be taken for CP number which is not available in China Tracking System?

On site shows as "Not a valid tracking number!" But paid CNY amount and sent the parcel to India during Apr 2016.

2. You could also check this site for validity of the tracking number:
