hello

i send from greece this package with track number RE212486188GR. i tryed to make track and it says Sat 2/1/2014 9:26 am Unsuccessful delivery.Why this .The package lost and if lost what can i do ?.This package has a broken phone which need repair.The store at the china told me that maybe the package lost. :(

Did you write Chinese Address in the parcel. if you only print English address in parcel, it might not be deliverable because many Chinese Addresses can not be translated into English accurately( Chinese is not alphabet character like western language, so different chinese addresses might have same English pronunciation translation ) and might confuse the delivery man.
The parcel now is in China Post Shanghai office and you should ask recipient to call 11185 and pickup the parcel by himself.
