DIDIAR0082001724 is from sinididi track and it says it was delivered , and nothing is here, I have contacted the usps and they never received a request for a usps tracking #. I think I have been scammed. They will not answer any emails?

DIDIAR0082001724 is not a china post tracking number. you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
