Je voudrais savoir où est le paquet RV603713877CN qui a été envoyé au Portugal mais je n'ai pas pu le reclamer à la date où il était à la poste.
Est-il possible de me le renvoyer et de me prevenir avant?

Portugal post(CTT) website shows MONCARAPACHO on Feb 1, Delivery failure, Unclaimed, Returned to sender.

You can not get this parcel anymore. It seems the address in your parcel is wrong. If this is the seller's fault, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

the parcel address is wrong. Your parcel is still in the hand of postman. His name is 付晓刚, cell phone number 18519363460, you need call him immediately and pickup the parcel.
