RU340126413NL has nothing to do with China Post. such ****NL parcel is Netherlands Post parcel.

Netherlands Post website shows the parcel is Undeliverable item, it will be returned to sender from Kuwait. Not sure return reason, it might has some address error.

you need open dispute to seller for refund.
