I'm new to ordering from WISH. Can anybody tell me if this is a valid tracking number?

WI00104113384SH is WISHPOST tracking number. Wish shows it was just shipped on Nov 6.

Thank you. So, is it trustworthy? It doesn't show up in Canada Post tracking system.

I don't think you can track WISHPOST parcel in Canada Post tracking site. WISHPost is a private shipping service. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to WISH for refund.
