some people waited about 50 days to get the parcel. so you might need some patient.

Hi, I have no idea how this page works, but I need help with my parcel :( it is LX377184808CN
When I ordered online they said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. And it's been 40 days and it hasn't even moved from china!! It only says "received from post office" do you think it will move any time soon? Why is it taking si long?;(

it might be seriously delayed or lost. Normally ePacket should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Aug 7, open dispute for refund.
