hi,

as per your site this packet is lying with Kolkatta since 13 Nov. i have mentioned the address for delhi. pl let me know how can we contact Kolkatta office or Delhi office for getting on priority.

my item as per your india tracking system is lying in gurgaon for the past two weeks, i live in gurgaon itself, do you take a month to deliver from gurgaon to gurgaon, let me know ASAP when can i get my item , its over a month now and i am started to get pissed.

you should contact your local India Post office and try to pickup the parcel.
