Hello. Is my parcel in Wuhan still or it is on a way to Bulgaria?Because the seller is sure that the item is not there.Can i contact with wuhan post office by email about that ship?Thanks in advance.

your parcel is in transit from Wuhan to Beijing airport, then goes to Bulgaria. Only shipper can file parcel inquiry to China Post,recipient can't.

Do you think that it take too long time from Wuhan to Beijing or it is normal?Because tha parcel has been shipped on 14.09.13 now is 10.10.13 almost a month.I'm afraid that the shipment is lost.

Wuhan and Beijing are two airports which suffer most delay in all China. I know some parcels are stuck there since end of August. So I suggest buyer do not buy from sellers in above two cities at this moment, or suggest the shipper to send parcel from other China Post offices instead of Beijing or Wuhan (there are some shipping agent which can help shippers to send parcels from other China Post branches instead of their local branches).
