Dear Support team,
I'd like to ask about my shipment with the tracking number (RB762866032CN) where it is now.

Shipment date was 30-Sep-13 and until now didn't reach to the destination country.

RB762866032CN has not changed status over 30 days. It should have already been returned to shipper. Check following post:
