how will on know when I track the parcel that it has left and is on a plane to SA? will I only know once it has arrived? What you are also telling me is that my parcel could be shoved to the back and actually take for example 4months to get to me because they just randomly pick parcels? Surely that is unacceptable?

Can you please tell me if my parcel has caught a flight to SA or not as it still says departured for almost a week now! Please respond as I Can see you answer others!!

Why does it say my parcel is in CAN and activity NIL?? from another tracking sight CAN is in, Sacramento USA?? what is going on?? I would appreciate prompt response!!!!
