Hi Can you please tell me where the parcel is exactly? last update dated 10/10/13 dispatching. It surely cant be dispatching for 6days already! please can you give me answers.

RB720127203CN left China Post Fuzhou office on Oct 10 and it is in transit to next international airport(should be Guangzhou or Shanghai whichever has airline space to Africa).

RB720127203CN is now waiting for transit airline from Beijing. As many parcels are lining up waiting for airline to SA since Sep. You need to be more patient.

Hi I contacted my post office and they said the parcel should have arrived can you please advise what is happening and how much longer it will take to arrive in SA.

RB720127203CN has problem to get airline space in Beijing. It is now transit to Guangzhou waiting for airline space to SA. It will be shipped very soon.

"Departure" means the parcel has left China Post warehouse and was given to airline. In normal season, the parcel will get into flight after 2 or 3 days. However, now is rush season, there are too many parcels and too limited airline space available to SA. So you need to be more patient. In addition, airline does not ship the parcel based on first-come-first-out rule because they have too many parcels and can not figure out which one came first. So the real departure date are all depending on your luck, none can predict.
