Hi again.

Could you explain me why after more than one month this parcel is again in this status ??

RB474534723CN 2014 Sent to airline Shanghai Spain 20140502 2132
RB474534723CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Shanghai Spain 20140515 1834

The parcel was sent to airline the 20140502 and now the parcel is again in export customs scan. Three times in that status. It's a shame.

I need an urgent solution for this issue.

it seems the parcel is stuck in shanghai since April. not sure it is caused by airline shortage or other reason. by the way, what is the item inside?

Hi again.

Since 2014/04/05 I have received the parcel just now. It takes 50 days to arrive tha parcel.

We have to be too patience.
