Hi,

I made an order from dealextreme website, they gave package to the China post office at 7/10/2013 and from then till today this package is still in Beijing.

What is the problem with China post delivery?

Can you return package RB443027240CN to seller?

RB443027240CN has already been returned to Shanghai on Nov 19.

Why the tracking is not removed or updated with "returned to seller"?

I have contacted the seller and he says I need to wait few more days because of the china post office delay, but he assures me I will recieve the package in the following days? I am confused because RB443027240CN number is not apdated for more than a month!

You no need contact seller. Normally seller does NOT want to refund you money. Just contact paypal or your credit card company and claim refund. It is seller's duty to prove parcel has been delivered. If he can not prove the delivery information, then the money will be refunded to you.

China Post normally does not show returning information even if they actually returned the parcel to shipper. So it is difficult for you to prove the returning status or returning date.
