Chengdu, Chengdu International Investment Department has been received and sent, touts: Li Wei, Tel: 18200577707

what does this mean ? package number is LY494440248CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY494440248CN shows the parcel was sent to export customs on Nov 9. It is waiting for flight space to USA.
