Hi, I sent a small important envelope with an English translation of the address in Beijing. It was sent out a month ago and is still sitting in a beijing office. When I have someone call they tell me that it is in a "middle company's" office. I paid for urgent deliver and the letter was suppose to get there 3 weeks ago. It's still not at the location i need it to be at!!

Can someone change the address from English to Chinese or can i have someone pick it up??

The parcel arrived Beijing in early August. You should ask receiver call china post hot line 11183 and try to pickup the parcel. asap.

As I said in the first message, I already had people call many times. They explained to the receiver that it was in a "middle company"...The company between the post office and the delivery service. What is the contact number for that service?
