Post Problem with Tracking

Hi.

I'm having some problem tracking my package. The tracking code is RK434686694CN.

In fact, the parcel was shipped on the 31/05/16 and as per the tracking information, it left China on 14/06/16 for its destination.

But, after this long wait, yesterday the tracking updated again and it seems that the package is still in China.

Is there someone who can explain what is really happening with my package?

1. I suspect your parcel was caught in the closer security check of parcel at the Guangzhou Airport in the month of June. And in June could have been also that the Mail Bag with your parcel inside was forgotten in a corner somewhere in the warehouse at Guangzhou Airport.

I find it very strange as this is the first time I'm getting this problem with China Registered post. Is there a guarantee that the parcel will finally leave China?

1. Unfortunately nobody can guarantee that your parcel will leave China. Just keep tracking your parcel and if you don't see any arrive - departure from Guangzhou Airport in the next 12 to 15 days, then there would be good possibility that the parcel left China.

2. Also please make sure you still have buyer protection in case the parcel is doing his thing again. Then you could open a dispute with seller to get your money back because you waited so long.
