Post PostNL to Peru going nowhere

Anyone experiencing same issue with PostNL shipments from December 2016? It's stuck and going nowhere.
This parcel http://www.track-chinapost.com/track.php?code=RS631891723NL&fc=0 is for Peru but:

Package Status: In Transit
Destination Country: Peru
Origin Country: Netherlands
2016-12-07 08:53 The item is ready for shipment
2016-12-07 02:07 The item is pre-advised
2016-12-04 19:15 The Item is at the shippers warehouse

No update at all. It's not even at PostNL sorting center.

1. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible and tell him that your parcel is not moving at all and provide him with the above tracking so he understand what is going on.

2. Parcel from China to Netherlands should take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in the Post NL in the Netherlands.

The shipping company is checking but it's been a while. That's why I turn to here.
PostNL tracking info can get pretty weak or insufficient during peak time, from what I have experienced in 2015.
