This tracking number is listed as posted since September 18. Neal three weeks and was not sent. Somebody knows What's happening?

you can track in track-chinapost.com , if your seller really shipped your goods, it will show location and status within 48hrs of shipment, otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel

Site shows that it is "opening" in Shangai since september 18. Three weeks and it wasn't send.
