Hello moderator, pls i want to know where exactly is this parcel now. Does it still in china because since on 13th last month i only here something on it on 20th june since then nothing again...the parcel is for china to Nigeria.... Here is my number: RC631861616CN...

Hello moderator, according to track-chianapost estimate arrival time: it stated that shipping from China to Nigeria maximum estimate time is 36 days.. I ship a good on 13 last month which make it to be counted 30days today and it will be 36days on the 18th of these month yet my tracking is still freeze, no any information about the parcel yet.. Those it mean that it will be more than the 36days maximum estimate time stated on this site?

ok... Thank you... But how and what process should i took to open dispute becourse its more than 36days of chinapost maximum shipping arrival now.. Since on 13th june 2015

Hello moderator.. Please sir, I want you to help me check these tracking number RC631861616CN. Maybe is fake because this parcel has been sent through china post since on the 13th July 2015, and up to date is not yet delivered. Please sir help me.

RC631861616CN is to nigeria which might need up to 10 weeks, if you can not get it by next weekend, you should open dispute
