Hello! I have a tracking issue, my package has 1 month that hasn’t shown moviment. It has been in Xiamen, Fujian since 18 march 2019 and it hasn’t moved! Please please can you helping with tracking down the package.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel UR157906072CN was shipped on Mar 19.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
