I posted a parcel from the UK, its an item I am returning to an Aliexpress vendor. I used the signed international post option but the tracking says delivery without telling who signed for it. The vendor said they haven't received any parcel. Can you pls help.
Tracking num: RU765246571GB

Thanks for your response. The receiver in China said she hasn't received the parcel even though the tracking says otherwise. Is there a way for me to know exactly who received the package and signed for it? Any help will be appreciated.

We only know the parcel has been delivered. You can not know who received the parcel. If this is a return for refund, you can use the tracking result to claim refund, no need know who is receiver.
