I want to know where my parcels/orders that I bought from DHGate are... I was informed they've been shipped since 5th, 7th and 9th of November to Nigeria from Beijing and I'm yet to receive any since then. The tracking numbers are: RG622939799CN, RG646555025CN and RN834849169CN.

Please help me find out what's going as I'll appreciate a response soon.

you can track the parcel shipment date by yourself in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

Estimate Arrival time to Nigeria is shipment date + 80 days.

But they stated that it would take between 20 to 37 days... So why is this different now? Andit was stated that sent to airline, has it not been shipped at all or what?

if seller promise you 20 to 37 days arrival, you should be cautious. This is very misleading, especially in this rush season.

Sent to air is not important. Most of the time the parcel is not in air but in warehouse waiting for transit sorting and import processing.
