Could you please help me with Tracking ID: EA285062794CN, it is unusual for it to take this long to arrive to Sydney.

Hi, could you please help me with these 2 Tracking Numbers: EA210259118CN (no update with tracking for 13 days) and EA210259149CN(no update with tracking for 8 days

normally EMS will travel about 2 weeks to Australia. Your parcel is still in normal time frame. Please wait one more week.

I phoned Australia Post, they say the box has not arrived in Sydney yet, could you please check your Tracking and advise if the Box has left Shanghai.

Hi everyone.. I paid for items on the 20th October 2017 my daughter's birthday was the 27th October 2017 was promised 3-5 days shipping.
Still havnt received items..
Tracking number is LX543851896CN

LX543851896CN is ePacket which will take about 10 to 20 days to reach UK. If your seller promise you to get it in 3 to 5 days, he is misleading. You should claim compensation for his dishonesty.
