1. Your parcel tried to leave on the 25 and 29 March but possible there were no room on the aircraft for the mail bag or the aircraft had a problem and had to be fixed, so it came back to the airport.

2. On the 31 March it was at the Guangzhou Airport and possibly left for UK and on the 2 April show up as arriving in UK Langley Transit Station.

3. Then on the 6 April it shows up at being in Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport. Maybe there has been a mix up in Langley and the mail bag was return to China Post by mistake.

4. The tracking of your parcel is very weird, I would suggest that you contact the seller as soon as possible, so he can call China Post: 86 20 11185 to find out were is your parcel.

i have contacted the seller a month ago and have got no reply as the seller does not have an account anymore on ioffer website and isnt replying to my messages on paypal.

1. Have you call UK Post Office: 44 1752387112? Is it at UK Customs getting clear? Does UK Post scan the parcel arriving in UK before they are sent to UK Customs?

2. Maybe they could give you some information about your parcel. It maybe that your parcel is lost in the mailing system.

3. If you are talking about PayPal, I'm I right to say that you paid with PayPal? If so, then open a dispute with PayPal explain the hole story to then and give them the full tracking of your parcel if it's needed.
