Hi,

Please can you assist with an update my item

I have been told by the supplier the delivery time is 7-15 days its now been 14 days with no change in the received by airline status in over 10 days

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcel were shipped on Dec 3. They are still in China waiting for flight space to UK.

Now is Xmas rush season, waiting time is long. You are very likely to get them on or after Xmas-New Year holiday time.
