My parcels have been stuck in "departure of office of exchange" for quite a few days now, Can someone tell me wher they are and when can I expect them? RL129717427CN, RL129719207CN, 02230459728
they usually arrive by now!
I contacted seller and they said they have tried to track and nothing has came up so they will contact their shippin agent. There's nothing in the parcels that are forbidden!

shipping to UK might take 3 to 5 weeks. You need some patient. The status will freeze at the last china location once it left China, you can not see new status.
