I placed an order on August 18 2017 and till now it says electronic data received. This is my tracking number RF876412428CN

electronic data received means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get real tracking result in next 3 days, you will report fraud and leave him negative feedback.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, open dispute.
