Hello,

Please someone help me with this two packages:
RI035536412CN - In Customs-Control warehouse
RI192476272CN - Export Customs Scan

Both of them have this status for one month, what is happening with them and where they actually are right now?

those 2 parcels should have some problem to catch airline space. you need wait 2 more weeks.
