Hello,

I mailed a package from Kunshan at the beginning of July to the US. I sent it the most economical way, but was told it would get there in one month. There have been no developments after July 4th when it was scanned through customs in Shanghai. Here is the tracking number: CP323537396CN. Any help with the whereabouts of my package would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

2. If the parcel is heavy it might have take a ship to USA, if not the the parcel has the very last priority for the Mail Bag to get aboard an Aircraft for USA.

4. I suspect you are aware you can track your parcel on the USPS site. I guess now is only a waiting game for your parcel.

Thank you for your help! I am aware that it was sent surface mail, however I was not told it would take up to 6 months. I will not use surface mail again for sure. The total weight of the package was 4132 (g). It wasn't too large, but it wasn't small, either. I will just have to let my family know it might take a lot longer for the package to arrive. Thank you again for your help!
