Hello, can you help with the parcel CN736838360LT . there is no update from china post from 15th january. What is the current status of the parcel? thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CN736838360LT shows the parcel arrived Shenzhen customs on Jan 15. It seems to have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11183 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post Shenzhen office. He might need pay some duty.
