1. If by 12 Jan you can not see any movement on the USPS site about your parcel, then just open a dispute.

2. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He can call China Post EMS: 11183, to find out if more info is available for your parcel.

3. Only addition to the above is your parcel departed from Guangzhou to Chicago and so far that mix is not a good thing. You are not the first one waiting for parcel to USA.

1. Guangzhou, Shanghai were problematic with Chicago arrival.

2. Was it Guangzhou and Shanghai the problem for a so long wait of parcel in USA. Did they depart from that location at all or was it USA.

3. At the other end is Chicago, apparently not the best place to send a parcel. Read on Internet that work was slow there they did not have more personal for the Holiday Season.

4. So that is what I meant about mix. I have seen 2 country advising their client that JFK was slow for incoming parcel scanning.
