The parcel is in the hand of Turkey Post who is responsible for final delivery of the goods. Turkey Post website shows its detail location and status. You should contact Turkey Post for delivery information.

Why did Turkey Post return the parcel? You should contact Turkey Post and stop the return procedure. China Post does not control the parcel when parcel is outside China. If you can not ask Turkey Post to stop returning the parcel, you can not get the goods anymore.

I applied to the Turkish Post and could not stop the return procedure.
Sent to china unfortunately . I can not get goods anymore .
Where is the goods in china ????
The seller tells me it's delivered to me!!!

If the parcel was returned from Turkey on Aug 28. normally it will arrive China in 30 to 90 days.
As seller did not print proper address in the parcel, Turkey post website shows the parcel did not reach you and was returned to china, you can open dispute for non-received parcel refund. If you paid the money to paypal/aliexpress/amazon, this is very easy.

If Turkey Post tracking result shows the parcel was returned, you can use the tracking result to aliexpress and claim refund.

If you see the result of post-market monitoring in Turkey, you can use the tracking result for aliexpress to request a refund.

Theres no real clear proof that your package has been sent back to China, so i doubt you will be judged in your favour, but Aliexpress can see the tracking of the package aswell without you giving the tracking number, so they should decide :)
