I ordered the thing from china and they send it through china Post. My shipment start from 17th Jun 2017 but uptill now there is now update. my tracking number is 06149001772.

06149001772 is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china pot ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach your country.

Any help would be appreciated, bought item on Amazon said it had been passed on to couriers on 28th July and was on way expected on 24th august at the latest still not here. Have I been scammed????

LX422087013CN is fake number. You should open dispute against fraud shipment.

when i will receive the parcel its already 8 weeks passed. is there any way so that i can know the status.

You can not know exact location for such parcel. if over 8 weeks and you can not get it, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

I don't think your local post office have information of this parcel. But if you want, you can try.
