Good morning

I have purchased from aliexpress.com several times, and the shipping was very vast (within 2 weeks) by e-packet and Chain Post Registered Air Mail. The destination is Saudi Arabia.

But now, I have two packages that take too much time in shipping and still I didn't receive it.

The first package:

Tracking Number: RF408134401CN
Purchasing Time: 2-11-2-16
Last update : 2016-11-12 15:27:31 【广州】Shipped by air
Local Post (Saudi Post) shows that the package is departed to JEDDAH at 7-11-2016

The second package:

Tracking Number: LM168197683CN
Purchasing Time: 18-11-2-16
Last update : 2016-11-25 13:14:00 【GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi GUANGZHOU 】Despatch from Sorting Center
Local Post (Saudi Post) shows that the package is departed to Riyadh at 25-11-2016

Could you please help me to know where are my packages?

1. For parcel RF408134401CN, last tracking is this:
2016-11-20 14:52
Guangzhou Terminal, leave the

2. For parcel LM168197683CN, last tracking is this:
2016-11-25 13:14
Guangzhou, left Guangzhou to Riyadh (transfer)

3. May I suggest you contact seller of both parcels and tell him that you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to verify with China Post: 11185 and EMS: 11183.

4. I suspect your parcel are stuck somewhere in China.
