hi is this a real tracking number it says it was ship on april 13 but I cant contact seller and they not on ebay anymore

i am having the same problem.
I purchased an item on the 7th of may after 48hrs I was told I would receive my tracking number and I did which is RI451403058CN I received this on the 8th of may to this date I am unable to track my item I have contacted the seller and they just say to me they can confirm the item was sent be patient
