Hi, please help me to check this package LY548684617CN. The seller told me she sent via ePacket and I usually get the parcel about 2- 3 weeks but this time over 1 month and I haven't received it yet. The tracking status hasn't been updated for over 10 days .Please let me know it it lost I'll get my refund. Thanks a lot!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY548684617CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 3. It is waiting for flight space to USA.

Now is Xmas rush season, waiting time can take 4 to 8 weeks. Your parcel is more likely to be delayed than lost. Just be patient.
