Hi, I recently made a purchase but just discovered that the shipment still says pending. Should I wait or does this mean I have been ripped off?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it may take up to 10 days for China Post to register a tracking number into their system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
