Post PEK Null Status since one month

Hi, My tracking no RC256880853CN dispatched from China- shows PEK Null status since 14th December 2013, but yet i have not received the product or any further update on the same.

A second product that i had ordered with tracking no- RC103382350CN shows PEK Null status since 31st December 2013 with no further updates post that.

Kindly Help.

check http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and see if the parcel have been "sent to airline".normally it will arrive cypress after 2 to 3 weeks of the "sent to airline" date.

For Tracking no RC256880853CN - Its been 4 weeks since "sent to airline date" still no further status.

then you should open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress and get your money back. check following post:

Okay?
Would you like some information.
My order status is "null" and location "PEK"
In consultation with the Track China Post, as you indicated, contained "Sent to airline" since the day 12/20/2013 (dezember)
But until today's date my order has not arrived and the delivery time is running out. missing only 09 days.
What do I do? I ask for extension of time or to enter a contest?
My tracking code is: RC041509929CN
I appreciate all the attention

parcel to india normally will take 5 to 6 weeks in this season, i don't think you can get it before Dec 8.
