Hi,
My parcel ,which number is RK081303185CN, is in the shipping company since 2014/10/13 and i want to know why is still there and when is gong to leave the shipping company and arrive to the destination.

the parcel should be rejected by safety department. open dispute and claim refund from seller asap.
