How come i haven't received my parcel please? Tracking number LL183482677CN! Been waiting for nearly a month now

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL183482677CN shows your parcel arrived Netherlands on April 24. It is supposed to be shipped to New Zealand. I believe the parcel might have some mistake during transit.

I suggest you wait one more week. if you can not get it by May 20, please open dispute for lost parcel refund.
