Post Parcel stuck in "dispatch"

Hi,
I have a problem with a parcel ordered almost a month ago (10.10.14), i already tried to track it but the site tells me that the parcel is "dispatching" since 15.10.14. So, I suppose, it itsn't already shipped.
The tracking no. is this: RK096136767CN
Can someone please tell me if the parcel will ever arrive me?

RK096136767CN is stuck in customs. wait one more week, if not arrive, it should be lost.
