Post Parcel stuck in Beijing

Since 2020-10-23, China Post transfer back and forth the parcel containing an order I made on AliExpress site. The parcel did arrive three times at the Beijing International Mail Processing Center until now and each time it was returned. What's going on with such a (former) respectable postal company? If the parcel may not be delivered (whatever reasons would be) why it is not returned to the sender? I could ask my money back and place another order?
As citizen of a former communistic country, I have to accept (again) the buyer has two rights: pay and shutoff.

As a current communist country citizen, we can't help our previous comrade unless you can give your tracking number in your question.

btw, from your description , it seems your parcel was rejected by airlines. what is the item in your parcel?
